Shipping Price:
Postage will be calculated at checkout and depends on weight. Postage starts from $10.00 (excl. GST) for express shipping.
Delivery Time:
Orders placed by 1pm CST will be dispatched that same day. For orders placed after this time, dispatch will occur the following business day (excluding weekends & public holidays)
We use Australia Post-express- service for all of our online orders. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for you order to arrive. (Delays may occur during peak periods).
If you have not received your items within 5 business days of your order being dispatched, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
Returns Policy:
We do not offer refunds on items that had been worn, "change of mind" or incorrectly ordered purchases. Please choose carefully.
